We're going to start at a reasonable rate and see what happens!!!!!
$30.00 per hour
(with a two hour minimum) and a returnable security deposit of $100.00. Full 12 hour usage per day will be discounted, depending on the event.
The new space will be outfitted with six folding tables 30" x 72" long and 30 stackable chairs. There is a small kitchen with an undercounter fridge, stainless sink, coffee pot and microwave. Perfect for an hour or a whole day's event.

Start at Cleo's Landing (from 5 pm to 8 pm) enjoy some refreshments, and browse a "trade show format" of different local businesses set up for the evening to inform and inspire you to shop local! Then walk down the two blocks of downtown Kingston and enjoy the "specials" from businesses here. We will have a drawing for a bountiful basket at Cleo's Landing at 8 PM!
The Kingston Art Gallery will be open for browsing too!

This space can seat sixteen comfortably, as you can see! Configure the tables at the site any way you want. We have 30 chairs for your use. Lots of special amenities available on site!

Do you have a small business that needs a professional location for short time periods?
Like a chick that needs an incubator!
Sometimes you need to start your business by word of mouth keeping expenses low, then find a more permanent location after you have established a following. I can think of several types of business or groups this would work for.
As an example:
Start up churches, open mike entertainment, poetry reading, different types of consultation from psychological to nutrition, massage therapists, yoga classes, stretching and beginning ballet.
Or how about:
Puppet theatre, beginning acting classes, creative writing or speech classes. How about a toastmasters group meeting room?
