"The Learning Center" Meeting and Event Space is

  $30.00 per hour (a two hour minimum) and a returnable security deposit of $100.00.

    The new space is outfitted with six folding tables and 30 stackable chairs.  There is a small kitchen with an undercounter fridge, stainless sink, coffee pot and microwave.  Perfect for an hour or a whole day's event.

Sometimes you need to start your business by word of mouth keeping expenses low, then find a more permanent location after you have established a following. I can think of several types of business or groups this would work for.

As an example: 

 Start up churches, open mike entertainment, poetry reading, different types of consultation from psychological to nutrition, massage therapists, yoga classes, stretching and beginning ballet.

Or how about:

Puppet theatre, beginning acting classes, creative writing or speech classes. How about a toastmasters group meeting room?
